REDN will apply a verification ranking to your profile. The profile is broken into various sections and by completing each section we will then allocate a value to that section in relation to the total points. Should you choose not to complete a section then the points allocated to that section will be deducted from your total points score. Should your score fall below 80% you will not be allocated a goVERIFY status. You can at any time improve your status.

Q: Why have a Star Rating in the first place?

A: At the end of every proposal or quote, a goRFP or goRFP user can allocate a sta rating between 1 to 5. The Star Rating system helps REDN keep a high standard of service that you can be proud of. It also helps us keep track of satisfaction levels and Propertycloud user experience is maintained to a high quality not just a quality standard. Property cloud and REDN want to be popular today and in the future.

Q: How is it calculated?

A: After replying to an RFP or RFQ request a goSERVICES user can within 7 working days rate his/her experience on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. The system will then calculate your star rating based on the average of your last 100 ratings.

Q: How many stars is good enough?

A: You will be able to view your star rating on your profile and we recommend in our practical tips section that you make all effort to ensure a goSERVICES user is satisfied with the level of service provided.

Q: Are there practical tips to improve your star rating?

A: Yes

1. Keep your profile and data up to date and don’t include any misleading claims or statements. You can improve or update your profile at any time. Include licensing and professional company profiles. Keep them easy to read.

2. Respond effectively to RFP and RFQ and answer questions clearly to avoid confusion. Be clear and specific in reply or if not sure ask more questions.

3. When presenting your quote or proposal be clear and definitive and describe exactly the service, fees and charges. Explain any other charges. Keep conversations during the process positive and professional

4. Keep in contact at all times. Provide timely feedback and amendments to documents. Meet with the potential client to better understand their needs. Good questioning at the start makes for a better presentation and response. Improves your success factors.
