The ceremony took place with the participation of representatives of Da Nang City, Chairman of People’s Committee – Mr. Huynh Duc Tho, general director of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade Vietnam – Vietinbank – Mr. Le Duc Tho and Chairman of PPC JSC An Thinh – Mr. Nguyen Khang Chien, along with the participation of the partners and customers of the company.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Huynh Duc Tho – Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, said: ” Wyndham Soleil Da Nang Project is full of convergence advantages from prime locations to unique architectural space that is worthy of a world-class project. Da Nang City will create the best conditions for the project to ensure progress. ”

Da Nang representatives also hope in the future, when the project is completed, will be a Complex with the busy commercial center, Spa relaxation area, gym, cafe, restaurant, pool swimming and a variety of other utilities. According to PPC An Thinh, with an investment of 10,000 billion VND, as well as many other luxuriuos projects, “The 5 star Hotel & luxurious Condotel Complex – Wyndham Soleil Da Nang” associated with one of four best joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam – Vietinbank to have policies to support apartment buyers with big loan amount, low interest rates and can avoid the risks, ensure the interests of customers. In particular, the project management will also support apartment buyers not having the demand of apartments can handover to the investor for rental program and have the highest profit sharing.

Vietinbank general manager, Mr. Le Duc Tho shared, Viettinbank had the close knowledge about the project assess financial resources, enthusiasm and ability of PPC An Thinh and then they found the feasibility of the project. Viettinbank committed to accompany and provide the product package for a successful implementation of this project, to ensure the progress of construction and operation of the project management.

Reportedly, the Hotel and Condotel Complex Wyndham Soleil Da Nang was officially transferred to PPC An Thinh in November 2015. An Thinh PPC quickly gathers the leading consultants in and within three short months, the company has completed the legal procedures, work with the construction unit to shorten the construction time from 7 days / floor to 3-4 days/ floor.

According to Mr. Nguyen Khang Chien – Chairman of PPC An Thinh Da Nang Joint Stock Company: PPCAT dare to do different things, breakthrough, but still effective, this is also a part of the reason why the project was named as “World Elite Convergence”

To receive the project from former investors, Mr Nguyen Khang Chien share, the company respects former investors’ design, however, with the eyes and his strategic vision, PPC An Thinh has changed the location of the 58-storey building with the remain 47-story buildings to fully exploit the  maximum numbers of apartments overlooking the sea.
