JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi has been recognized as one of the best hotels in Vietnam after picking up a number of prestigious awards.

Voted for by a mix of industry peers and guests, the awards include Best Hotel and Best Convention Hotel in Vietnam in the International Hotel Awards, Best of the Best by the Robb Report, and Trip Advisor’s Travelers’ Choice and Excellence for Guest Reviews by Booking.com. “It is wonderful to receive recognition for the unceasing efforts of our team,” said Mr. Bob Fabiano, General Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. “Since the hotel’s opening in 2013 we have endeavored to deliver exceptional service and these awards acknowledge that.”

JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi received the highest scores for all of Vietnam in the International Hotel Awards’ Best Hotel and Best Convention Hotel categories. Established in 1995 by International Property Media, the awards are seen as the industry’s standard classification, being judged by more than 70 respected experts from five-star hotels and hospitality companies around the world.

This was the second year in a row JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi was included in the renowned Robb Report, as Hotel of the Year in Vietnam’s Best of the Best Awards. The award, created 26 years ago by Robb Report USA, celebrates some of the most exceptional global luxury brands, such as Dior, Chanel, Hermes, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hugo Boss and Rolls-Royce.

The Travelers’ Choice Award from TripAdvisor.com, the world’s largest travel website, acknowledges the hotel’s achievements in four significant categories: Top 25 Hotels in Asia, Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Asia, Top 25 Hotels in Vietnam, and Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Vietnam.

“If there is one area that I am most proud of it is our team; our real strength,” said Mr. Fabiano. “Through their skills and dedication to our guests and to each other, our staff have enabled us to be rightly recognized as one of the top hotels in Vietnam and Asia.”
