General description:

Long Hau Industrial Park was founded in May 2006 by the Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Co. It's conveniently located in Long An Province, 20 km from HCMC CBD, 3 km from Saigon Premium Container Terminal, 12 km from Phu My Hung New City, 25 km from Tan Son Nhat Airport. The park has acquired ISO 9001 AND ISO 14001 for its international quality standards and environment management systems.

The industrial land is about 152 hectares from a total area of 250 hectares. 160 companies are operating in this park. Water supply is from 10,000 - 15,000 m3 per day. Additional facilities are including a dormitory which can accommodate up to 7,000 people. It also offers 24-hour clinic, supermarkets, nursery, soccer stadium, fire station, 24-hour security surveillance system, customs house and banks. It's the first industrial park in Southern Vietnam has its own police box to maintain public security.

Long Hau is planning to start selling their 124 hectares 3rd phase industrial park in 2018. They also plan to build a 6-story rental factory in the future.

Legal/ developer overview:

Land use right is valid until 17/06/2057 for Phase 1, 21/12/2059 for Phase 2 and until 2066 for Phase 3.

Free legal consulting service for tenants as well as 1 year free labour recruiting service. Minimum land lease is 5,000 sqm. Rental factory from 256 sqm to 2,000 sqm are available
