Thai Square

Thai Square office building reports it is designed and built according Grade A standards. Located at 17 Tong Dan Street in Hoan Kiem district, considered the golden land in the centre of Hanoi, Thai Square is only 500 metres away from Hoan Kiem Lake and 300 metres from the Hanoi Opera House, in an area commonly referred to as the Central Business District. The land has two street frontage, Tong Dan Street and 210 Tran Quang Khai Street. With total land area of 3,557 sqm, the building comprises four basements and 21 floors of office space. The typical floor area of this building is from 1,120sqm - 1450sqm, making a net leasable area of around 25,000 sqm 

The land was previously the State's property and managed by Hanoi Housing Management and Development One-Member Limited Company. In early 2012, The Hanoi People's Committee permitted Him Lam Corporation to build offices and for lease. Time passed and Him Lam was said to assign the project to Xuan Thanh Group, a precursor to Thaigroup. Based on previous business registration of Ton Dan, a subsidiary of Thaigroup, Him Lam Corporation accounted for 70% of the company's shares. Him Lam Corporation has now transferred all its shares.

CBRE Vietnam is officially appointed the property management agent and the marketing and leasing consultant for Thai Square. The monthly asking rent reported in Q4/2018 is US$40/ sqm excluding VAT and service charges of US$7/ sqm.
