Thai Square office building reports it is designed and built according Grade A standards. Based on previous business registration of Ton Dan, a subsidiary of Thaigroup, Him Lam Corporation accounted for 70% of the company's shares. Him Lam Corporation has now transferred all its shares.
CBRE Vietnam is officially appointed the property management agent and the marketing and leasing consultant for Thai Square. The monthly asking rent reported in Q4/2018 is US$40/ sqm excluding VAT and service charges of US$7/ sqm.
