Terminal 2 of Danang International Airport has been put into operation. The US$154 million new terminal aims to serve APEC 2017 and contribute to the development of the aviation industry in the time ahead.
Terminal 2 of Danang International Airport covers a total area of 21,000 sq.m. View of the entrance to the airport. Terminal 2, located next to the current terminal, has a total investment of US$154 million. The construction on the terminal began in 2015 with Da Nang International Airport Investment and Exploitation Joint Stock as the project investor.
Jetstar Pacific also began operating the terminal as of May 11.
The Business Class room, situated on the third floor, covers a total area of 860 sq.m. It can accommodate more than 180 passengers and provide regular service to business class passengers of Vietnam Airlines and other international airlines. Toilet rooms are designed in a colourful manner. Modern fire trucks meet international standards. A worker puts finishing touches on the terminal.
