Fortis Bridge’s role as a TTI advisor to develop a $650 million plant in Vietnam


Techtronic Industries (TTI), Inc., a leading manufacturer of the industrial electrical equipment, is to invest in a cordless power equipment plant in Ho Chi Minh City Saigon High-tech Park, Vietnam.

Notably, the plant will have a total investment of $650 million, focusing on the development of outdoor power equipment and hand-held cordless power tools with integrated technology. It is to manufacture and design control devices, digitally connected tools, digitally controlled motors, Lithium-Ion batteries, industrial power electronic transformers, and the Internet of things. In addition to this, TTI hopes this investment will provide a base to satellite companies to relocate to Vietnam and join its supply chain.

Fortis Bridge, the strategic advisor of the TTI, Inc., has its role in the Hi-tech Manufacturing Enterprise License and Investment submission for TTI’s plant and R&D project.

In addition to this, Fortis Bridge continues to advise TTI with the development of a 360,000m2 GFA project in Ho Chi Minh City. The design and master planning documentation for the project has already commenced for a solid kick start in 2020.
