The resort feels secluded, yet is just 15 minutes from Danang International Airport and near the UNESCO World Heritage Town of Hoi An, there are international championship golf courses also nearby. 

Hyatt Regency includes a 200-room hotel and 183 high-end apartments and 27 villas.

The Investment certificate was issued in October 2008.
