This development comprises office towers, a mixed-use commercial block, serviced apartments, education centre and recreational amenities built with sustainable features. 

Office Tower 1, LEED Silver certified by U.S Green Building Council, with a total lettable area of about 10,199 sqm was handed over to its first tenants at the beginning of November 2018 and IKEA Purchasing and Logistics Southeast Asia and AAH Corporation are the some of the new occupants. Office Tower 2, laid the first brick on 6th December 2018, expected to complete by Q2 2020.
